This Payment Policy outlines how ToolGarden processes and protects your payments when purchasing products from toolgarden.co.uk. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

ToolGarden currently accepts payments made securely using the following credit and debit cards:

We do not accept PayPal, American Express, or other payment methods at this time. All transactions are processed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £).

2. Secure Payment Processing

We use industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and trusted payment gateways to ensure your card data remains safe. ToolGarden does not store, access, or share your full card details — all payments are processed securely by our PCI DSS–compliant payment provider.

3. Payment Authorization

When placing an order, your card will be authorized for the full transaction amount at checkout. Payment is captured immediately upon confirmation of your order. If authorization fails, your order will not be processed.

4. Order Confirmation

After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see this email within a few minutes.

5. Currency & International Transactions

All transactions are charged in GBP (£). If your card provider operates in another currency, conversion rates and international transaction fees may apply according to your bank’s policy.

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, ToolGarden uses automated and manual security checks. Orders flagged for unusual activity may be held or cancelled until verification is complete. We reserve the right to refuse any order suspected of fraud or misuse.

7. Declined or Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, please contact your card issuer for assistance. ToolGarden cannot process orders until full payment is successfully received. You may contact us if you believe a valid payment has been declined in error.

8. Refunds

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original Visa or Mastercard used for purchase. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Taxes & VAT

All prices on our website include applicable UK VAT where required. Customers outside the UK may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
