Return Policy

At ToolGarden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed through toolgarden.co.uk.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must:

• Be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging (including manuals or accessories).
• Be returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
• Be shipped back within 30 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email info@toolgarden.co.uk with:

• Your full name and order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return (optional but helps us improve)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and retaining proof of postage. ToolGarden cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa or Mastercard) within 7–14 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.

6. Exchanges

We can replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you ordered the wrong variant and it’s still in resale condition. To arrange an exchange, contact us before sending back the item.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned unless faulty, including:

• Used or unsealed electrical tools or accessories
• Consumables (e.g., drill bits, blades, lubricants) once packaging is opened
• Gift cards or digital downloads

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 business days, please:

• Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
• Contact your card provider — processing delays are possible.

9. International Returns

Customers outside the UK may return eligible items under the same 30-day policy. International return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was faulty or damaged on arrival.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return procedure outlined above.
